This policy explains how the Mannamkuzhians Election Commission uses information required to conduct the 2026 member election.
2026 അംഗ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് നടത്തുന്നതിനാവശ്യമായ വിവരങ്ങൾ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് കമ്മീഷൻ എങ്ങനെ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നു എന്ന് ഈ നയം വിശദീകരിക്കുന്നു.
Information we collect
ഞങ്ങൾ ശേഖരിക്കുന്ന വിവരങ്ങൾ
We may collect a member’s name, WhatsApp number, WhatsApp profile name, registration and voting status, message identifiers, ballot-access records, timestamps, and limited browser or network information used to protect the ballot.
How we use it

Information is used only to validate membership, register members, provide secure ballot access, prevent duplicate voting, issue a voting receipt, resolve election queries, and maintain the Commission’s audit record.
Sharing and security

Election information is restricted to authorised Commission administrators and service providers required to operate the portal, including WhatsApp/Meta and the hosting platform. We do not sell member information. Access credentials are protected and ballot access links are time-limited and single-use.
Retention and member requests
വിവരസംരക്ഷണവും അംഗങ്ങളുടെ അഭ്യർത്ഥനകളും
Information is retained only for the election, verification, dispute-resolution, and reasonable audit requirements. Members may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting the Election Commission through the official Mannamkuzhians WhatsApp group.
