A member may ask the Election Commission to delete personal information collected through the portal, subject to election-integrity and audit requirements.
തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് നടപടികളുടെയും പരിശോധനാ ആവശ്യങ്ങളുടെയും പരിധിയിൽ, പോർട്ടലിലൂടെ ശേഖരിച്ച വ്യക്തിഗത വിവരങ്ങൾ ഇല്ലാതാക്കാൻ അംഗത്തിന് കമ്മീഷനോട് അഭ്യർത്ഥിക്കാം.
How to request deletion
അഭ്യർത്ഥിക്കേണ്ട വിധം
- Contact an Election Commission administrator through the official Mannamkuzhians WhatsApp group.
- Write “DATA DELETION REQUEST” and provide the WhatsApp number used for registration.
- The Commission will verify the requester and confirm what can be deleted.
What happens next
തുടർനടപടി
Information that is no longer required will be deleted or anonymised. Records necessary to prevent duplicate voting, investigate a dispute, demonstrate election integrity, or meet a legitimate audit requirement may be retained until that purpose ends. The Commission will confirm completion through WhatsApp.
